John Kellog

John Harvey Kellogg was an American physician, health reformer, inventor, and author best known for directing the Battle Creek Sanitarium and helping popularize flaked breakfast cereal. His work reflected Seventh-day Adventist health principles, and he remained influential in nutrition and wellness debates until his death in 1943.
