John J. Sosik is Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Management and Organization at Penn State Great Valley, where he taught leadership, organizational behavior, and research methods. His research focuses on leadership and mentoring in face-to-face and virtual environments, as well as groups, teams, and organizations, and he has published extensively on transformational leadership.
