John Ganz

John Ganz is a writer, columnist for The Nation, and author of the New York Times best-selling book When the Clock Broke: Con Men, Conspiracists, and How America Cracked Up in the Early 1990s. He writes the widely acclaimed Unpopular Front newsletter on Substack and serves as executive editor at Genius, with his work appearing in publications including The Washington Post, Artforum, New Statesman, Harper's Magazine, and The New York Times. He lives in Brooklyn.
