John Cage

John Cage was an American composer, writer, artist, and music theorist who became a leading figure of the post-war avant-garde. He is best known for pioneering indeterminacy in music, electroacoustic music, and unconventional uses of instruments, and for works such as 4'33".[1][3][5][6]
