John B. Bader, Ph.D., is an education leader and author who has served as Chief External Academic Relations Officer for the International Baccalaureate and as executive director of the Fulbright Association. He has written books including *Taking the Initiative: Leadership Agendas in Congress and the "Contract with America"* and *Dean's List: 10 Strategies for College Success*.[1][2][4]
