Joel J. Mintzes

Joel J. Mintzes was a professor of biological sciences and science education, retiring from California State University after earning his B.S. and M.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Ph.D. in Science Education (Biology) from Northwestern University in 1974.[1][2] He was also affiliated with the University of North Carolina Wilmington.[1] Born in Los Angeles, California on December 13, 1947, he passed away in Wilmington, as noted in his obituary.[3]
