Jochen Wirtz

Jochen Wirtz is a German-born marketing scholar, academic administrator, and author best known for co-authoring the globally adopted textbook 'Services Marketing: People, Technology, Strategy,' which has sold over 1.5 million copies and is used in more than 500 institutions worldwide. He serves as Vice Dean of MBA Programmes and Professor of Marketing at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School, with a Ph.D. in services marketing from London Business School (1991). Wirtz has consulted for firms like Accenture and KPMG, published over 200 academic articles including in Harvard Business Review, and been involved in startups such as Accellion and TranscribeMe.
