Joan C. Chrisler is Professor Emerita of Psychology at Connecticut College, where she taught courses on the psychology of women, social psychology, health psychology, and related topics. Her work has focused on women’s health, gender, and feminist psychology, and she has also been active in professional organizations and advocacy for women in psychology.
