Jitka Dupacova

Jitka Dupacova was a distinguished Professor at the Department of Probability and Mathematical Statistics, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University in Prague, and an intellectual leader in stochastic programming since the 1960s. She passed away on January 4, 2016, at the age of 76, leaving behind a significant legacy in mathematical statistics and scenario reduction.
