Jim Koch is an American entrepreneur best known as the co-founder and chairman of the Boston Beer Company, the maker of Samuel Adams beer. He is widely credited as a leading figure in the American craft brewing movement and founded the company in 1984 after leaving a career in consulting.[1][2][11]
