Jim Debrosse

Jim DeBrosse, Ph.D., is an author, award-winning investigative reporter, journalist, researcher, editor, and teacher who has written five books and contributed to publications like The Progressive and Cincinnati Magazine. He retired in 2018 as an assistant professor of journalism at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana, while freelancing and teaching English as a second language overseas since earning his TEFL certification in 2021. His career includes roles as a medical writer for the Cincinnati Post and St. Petersburg Times, and an education reporter and feature writer for the Dayton Daily News.
