Jim Davies

Jim Davies is an American-Canadian cognitive scientist, professor at Carleton University, and author of the books 'Riveted' and 'Imagination,' which explore the science of humor, religion, and human imagination. He is also a playwright and artist, known for his research on visual reasoning, analogy, and procedural generation in humans and machines. Davies directs the Science of Imagination Laboratory and co-hosts the podcast 'Minding the Brain.'
