Jessie Haas
Jessie Haas is an American author who grew up on a farm in Westminster, Vermont, and graduated from Wellesley College. Her writing career, spanning over 40 books since 1982, has been dominated by a love of horses and history, with works including award-winning picture books, novels, poetry, and nonfiction for children and adults. She serves as president of the Westminster Historical Society and is an expert on the Westminster Massacre.
