Jesse Eliphalet Pope

Jesse Eliphalet Pope was an American economist and academic who earned a B.S. in 1895 and M.S. in 1897 from the University of Minnesota, followed by graduate studies at Columbia University from 1897-1901 as a Fellow in Economics (1898-1900). He served as Adjunct Professor of Political Economy at New York University (1900-01) and Professor of Political Economy at the University of Missouri, where he published 'The Clothing Industry in New York' in 1905.[1][2][3]
