Jerome H. Saltzer

Jerome H. Saltzer, also known as Jerry Saltzer, is an American computer scientist born on October 9, 1939, in Nampa, Idaho. He earned his S.B., S.M., and Sc.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from MIT and later became a Professor Emeritus and Senior Lecturer there, contributing significantly to the field of computer security and information systems.
