Jeffrey Ballard

Jeffrey A. Ballard is a speculative fiction author who writes and lives in the Texas Hill Country just outside of Austin. From a young age, he was fascinated with the ocean and began writing at thirteen after being inspired by fantasy novels like those featuring Tanis and Raistlin. He has authored short stories and novellas, including 'The Solid-State Shuffle.'
