Jeanie Franz Ransom

Jeanie Franz Ransom is a children's picture-book author and former elementary school counselor known for her penchant for puns and fondness for fractured fairytales. She has written several books including What Parents Do When You're Not Home, What Really Happened to Humpty, Big Red and the Little Bitty Wolf, and Cowboy Car. She holds a B.A. in American studies from Cornell College and an M.A. in professional counseling from Lindenwood University, and has three children.[1][2][3][5]
