Jay Marvin

Jay Marvin (born Marvin Jay Cohen c. 1953) was an American liberal radio talk show host, poet, and author known for his 'Punk Noir' style, beginning his career as a country music DJ in 1971 before transitioning to talk radio in cities like Tampa, Denver, Chicago, and others. He published the experimental novel Punk Blood (1998), The White Trash Chronicles (2001), and several poetry collections including In Your Face: The Midnight Poems. Marvin retired from radio in 2010 and passed away on January 31, 2023, after a long illness.
