Janet Gonzalez-Mena

Janet Gonzalez-Mena is a highly respected early childhood education consultant, trainer, infant specialist, diversity specialist, and writer who taught in the California community college system for over thirty years before retiring in 1998[1][3]. She holds a BA in English from the University of California, Davis and an MA in human development from Pacific Oaks College, and has authored numerous college textbooks and articles on infant-toddler caregiving since the 1970s[1][3].
