Janet Fitch

Janet Fitch is an American author and writing teacher best known for her novel White Oleander, which became an Oprah Book Club selection and was adapted into a feature film. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she studied history at Reed College and later taught fiction writing at several universities and writing programs.
