Jane Coxwell

Jane Coxwell is a Zimbabwean-born chef and author who has worked as a private chef and yacht chef, including on the world’s largest privately owned sailing yacht. She later founded OKO Food and is known for creating flavorful, vegetable-forward blends and for her cookbook and food writing.
