Jan Svartvik

Jan Svartvik was a Swedish linguist and professor of English at Lund University, known for pioneering work in corpus linguistics and for helping develop the London-Lund Corpus. He also contributed influential grammar books for English teaching and is widely associated with the development of forensic linguistics.[1][2]
