Jan Simonsen

Jan Simonsen (1953–2019) was a Norwegian journalist, writer, and politician who served as a member of the Storting from 1989 to 2005. Initially affiliated with the Progress Party until his removal in 2001, he later became deputy leader of the Democrats party from 2003 to 2004. He died from cancer in Oslo at the age of 66.
