James Peterson
James Peterson is an American food writer, cookbook author, photographer, and cooking teacher whose career began as a restaurant cook in Paris in the 1970s. He has written multiple award-winning cookbooks, including the James Beard Cookbook of the Year-winning 'Sauces' and the James Beard Award-winning 'Cooking'.
