James Morton
James Morton is a Scottish doctor, baker, and author based in Glasgow, best known for appearing on *The Great British Bake Off* and for writing books on bread and sourdough. He has authored several baking titles, including *Brilliant Bread* and *Super Sourdough*.[1][2]
