James B Y Tsui

James B. Y. Tsui is an electrical engineer and author known for his work in electronic warfare and radar signal processing. Born in Taiwan, he earned degrees from National Taiwan University, Marquette University, and the University of Illinois, and later served on the faculty at the University of Dayton before joining the Air Force Research Laboratory.
