James A. Heintz
James St. Clair Heintz is an American economist and professor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he serves as the Andrew Glyn Professor of Economics and associate director of the Political Economy Research Institute. His research focuses on economic policy, labor standards, job creation, international trade, clean energy, and human rights, and he has advised organizations including the ILO, UNDP, and UNRISD.
