James A. Budde

James A. Budde, also known as Jim Budde, is the founder of the Research and Training Center on Independent Living (RTCIL) in 1980, where he served as director, authored 42 research publications, and provided technical assistance to numerous centers, organizations, and agencies. He holds an Ed.D. and became Director Emeritus in 2002, continuing his involvement in the independent living field.[1]
