Jacob Kenedy
Jacob Kenedy is an award-winning chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author born in London in 1980 to a cellist father and painter mother. He trained at Moro in London and Boulevard in San Francisco before opening Bocca di Lupo in Soho in 2008, followed by Gelupo in 2010 and Plaquemine Lock in 2017, with his cookbooks including The Geometry of Pasta, Bocca, and Gelupo Gelato.[1][2][3][5]
