Jacob Baal-Teshuva
Jacob Baal-Teshuva (1929–2022) was an Israeli-American author, journalist, art critic, and independent curator known for his extensive scholarship on modern and contemporary artists such as Marc Chagall, Mark Rothko, and Alexander Calder. He studied at Hebrew University in Jerusalem and New York University, later establishing himself as a leading freelance critic and curator with publications covering artists like Christo, Jeanne-Claude, and Andy Warhol.
