J. Shoshanna Ehrlich is a scholar-activist and legal consultant specializing in the legal regulation of reproduction, sexuality, and abortion rights, particularly for teens and undocumented individuals. She co-authored the 2019 book 'Abortion Regret: The New Attack on Reproductive Freedom' and has published extensively on abortion rights in federal immigration custody and the comparative decisional rights of teens regarding abortion and marriage.
