J. K. Yates

J. K. Yates is an author, civil and construction engineering consultant, and emeritus professor who has also served as a distinguished professor and dean. He earned a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and has written numerous books and articles on construction engineering, productivity improvement, engineering economics, and related topics.
