J. E. Zajic was a researcher affiliated with the Saskatchewan Research Council, specializing in microbiology and biotechnology. He co-authored influential papers on microbial production of biosurfactants and bio-emulsifiers, including works published in Applied and Environmental Microbiology (1980) and Biotechnology and Bioengineering (1984).[1][2][3]
