Ira Chaleff

Ira Chaleff is an American author, executive coach, and consultant best known for his books The Courageous Follower and Intelligent Disobedience, which define the Courageous Followership and Intelligent Disobedience movements[2][5]. He is the founder of the International Leadership Association's Followership Learning Community, serves on the ILA board, and is adjunct faculty at Georgetown University[2]. Chaleff has been named one of the 100 'Best Minds on Leadership' and frequently speaks on the dynamics of power between leaders and followers[2][5].
