inc Prentice-Hall
Prentice Hall was a major American educational publisher founded on October 13, 1913, by law professor Dr. Charles Gerstenberg and his student Richard Ettinger. It specialized in print and digital content for the 6–12 and higher-education markets, including textbooks, trade books by authors like Norman Vincent Peale, and professional books. The company operated independently for much of the twentieth century before being acquired by Pearson and later absorbed into Savvas Learning Company.[1][4]
