Howard F. Robinson

Dr. Howard F. Robinson was an American academic and administrator who served as director of Agricultural Research at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 1965 to 1982. He also held several research leadership roles at N.C. A&T, taught economics there, and was recognized for helping expand the university’s research program and funding.
