Holly Clegg
Holly Clegg was a best-selling cookbook author known for her trim&TERRIFICĀ® series and health-focused Eating Well cookbooks on cancer, diabetes, and arthritis, with over 1.5 million copies sold.[1][2] She attended Cordon Bleu Cooking School in London and drew inspiration from Louisiana cuisine, becoming a national spokeswoman for Louisiana Sweet Potatoes.[2][6] Clegg battled stomach cancer and used her own *Eating Well Through Cancer* cookbook during her chemotherapy before passing away at age 64.[3]
