Hojjat Adeli

Hojjat Adeli is a distinguished Academy Professor at The Ohio State University, renowned for his pioneering contributions to computational intelligence, smart structures, and computational neuroscience. He earned his Ph.D. in civil engineering from Stanford University in 1976 at age 26 and has authored over 600 research publications and 16 books, while founding key journals in infrastructure engineering and neural systems. Adeli is a Fellow of the IEEE and the American Association for the Advancement of Science, recognized for his work in intelligent transportation, biomedical engineering, and knowledge engineering.
