Hilary Sumner-Boyd

Hilary Sumner-Boyd (1910–1975) was an American architect and historian known for her scholarship on the architectural and urban history of Istanbul. She co-authored the classic guide 'Strolling Through Istanbul' with John Freely, and her work bridged the fields of art history, architecture, and travel.
