Herve Jubert

Hervé Jubert, born in Reims, France, in 1970, is a French author with a doctorate in Art History from the Sorbonne, who has worked at the Collège de France and École pratique des hautes études before dedicating himself to writing fantasy, thriller, and historical novels. He is known for series like 'Les Aventures de Georges Beauregard' set in a fantastical Second Empire Paris, the vampire-hunting 'Blanche' trilogy, and collaborations on noir westerns. Jubert has received awards including the Grand prix de l'Imaginaire 2013 and Prix de la foire du livre de Brive 2006.
