Herminia Ibarra

Herminia Ibarra is the Charles Handy Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School, a renowned expert on leadership and career transitions, and author of bestselling books including 'Act Like a Leader, Think Like a Leader' (2015, updated 2023) and 'Working Identity: Unconventional Strategies for Reinventing Your Career' (2004, updated 2023). Born in Cuba and immigrated to the US as a child, she earned her M.A. and Ph.D. from Yale University as a National Science Fellow, and previously taught at INSEAD and Harvard Business School. She has received awards such as the Thinkers50 Leadership Award and is recognized among the most influential in gender policy.
