Henry M Robert

Henry Martyn Robert (1837–1923) was an American Army officer, civil engineer, and author best known for creating Robert’s Rules of Order, the standard manual of parliamentary procedure in the United States. He served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and also contributed to major engineering projects, including flood control and harbor works.
