Helene Siegel

Helene Siegel is a Los Angeles-based food writer and cookbook author known for the bestselling *Totally Cookbooks* series. She also co-authored cookbooks with chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger and wrote the *Ethnic Kitchen* series and other themed cookbooks.[1][2]
