Helen Oxenbury
Helen Oxenbury is an English illustrator and writer of children's picture books, known for her distinctive work on classics such as We’re Going on a Bear Hunt and Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Born in Ipswich, England, she studied art and worked in stage and television design before turning fully to illustration, and she has won the Kate Greenaway Medal twice.
