Harold Orlans

Harold Orlans (1921–2007) was an American social scientist and author who conducted extensive research on higher education and research policy for private and government agencies in Washington, DC. He is also known for writing about T. E. Lawrence, including "T.E. Lawrence: Biography of a Broken Hero," and for other works on history and social issues.
