Harold J. Leavitt was an American management psychologist, educator, and author known for helping bring organizational behavior into business school curricula. He taught at the University of Chicago, Carnegie Mellon University, and Stanford University, and wrote influential works on managerial psychology, organizational structure, and teamwork.
