Harold Koontz

Harold Koontz was an American organizational theorist and professor of business management at the University of California, Los Angeles. He co-authored the influential management textbook Principles of Management with Cyril J. O'Donnell, which sold around two million copies and was translated into multiple languages. Throughout his career, he also worked as a consultant to major business organizations and wrote extensively on management theory.
