Hans Magnus Enzensberger
Hans Magnus Enzensberger was a German poet, essayist, translator, editor, and author, and is widely regarded as one of the leading literary figures of postwar Germany. He wrote more than 70 books, influenced the 1968 West German student movement, and received major awards including the Georg Büchner Prize and the Pour le Mérite.
