Hal Brands

Hal Brands is an American scholar and columnist specializing in U.S. foreign policy and international affairs. He is the Henry A. Kissinger Distinguished Professor of Global Affairs at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and has also been affiliated with the American Enterprise Institute and Bloomberg Opinion.
