H. G. Parry

H.G. Parry is a New Zealand author known for fantasy novels such as *The Unlikely Escape of Uriah Heep*, the Shadow Histories duology, *The Magician’s Daughter*, and *A Far Better Thing*. She holds a PhD in English Literature from Victoria University of Wellington and has taught English, film, and media studies. She lives in Wellington or on the Kapiti Coast, New Zealand, with her sister and a menagerie of small animals including rabbits and guinea pigs.[1][2][3][5]
